Day Four: Treat yourself

Treating yourself can mean different things to different people, it's a hugely important form of self-care and is even more relevant in these current times.  

Treating yourself can be pampering; running a hot bath, throwing in your favourite LUSH bath bomb and enjoying a face mask. It can also mean taking a break from work and completely switching off for a while, cooking yourself a delicious meal and watching your favourite show on Netflix with an after-dinner bar of dairy milk.

  

All these things and more are intrinsic to our self-care process and crucial to looking after your mental health at this time. If your mental health has been impacted and you’re struggling for good ways to relax, why not try a couple of these ideas ...
