About the Event
Take part in our online MOVE yoga classes from the safety of your own home. You’ll be lead through a variety of poses with our experienced instructor who will walk you through everything with ease. Classes are open to all abilities so whether you’re a child’s pose pro or just want to give it a go, book a spot now!
