Join a dreamy 30 minute Sound Bath and Guided Meditation with Hannah from Good Vibrations Wellbeing. Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply. Let go of what no longer serves you, wake up your mind & soul by soaking in the rich & beautiful vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, the Wind Gong and softly sung Mantras.
Sound Healing has an abundance of benefits - it clears the mind, creates deep relaxation, helps the body release stress & tension and even aids better sleep.
