Coming to University is a huge change and can impact different aspects of our lives. We want to support you as much as we can through this transition and your time at University to help you thrive!
In this workshop we will take some time to think about the changes we may experience, how we can respond to these changes, creating a healthy routine, look at what support the University and Leeds has to offer, the basics of prioritising and looking after our mental health, grounding techniques and student life tips!
