Essential oils weave through a multitude of holistic therapies that can help to boost your body's natural immunity, increase your focus and allow you to switch off after those long Uni days.
Freshers Week can come with many new experiences; learning about how aromatherapy can support you as you navigate this journey can give you peace of mind and confidence.
In this workshop you'll learn how to build your own rollerball blend with a specific intention, infused with crystals and colour magic to take away with you! Come and get lost in the aromatics of lemon, rosemary, peppermint, lavender, grapefruit, eucalyptus, wild orange, frankincense and lemongrass!
