Freshers Taster: Yoga
Sign up to our weekly Yoga classes on site with our talented instructor, Kayla! She will take you through repetitive movement to help relieve stress, aid digestion, reduce blood pressure and bring ease to stiff muscles. Take some time for you and stretch out your stresses with a calming yoga sesh!

Why is this class beneficial? Kayla says...
This is one of my favourite ways to practice as it allows you to get into the flow and move according to what feels nice, at a pace and intensity that is right for you. It can also allow the mind to enter a sort of movement meditation, where the breath and the movement bring a sort of stillness or peace to the mind. Physically, we will focus mostly on the lower back, belly, and hip flexors but how deep the movements go is completely up to you!
This class will include:
· Gentle movements that are repetitive for the spine
· Gentle movements for strengthening arms, hips, abdominals
