Freshers: Weaving Workshop
Join your Sustainability Manager Claire and Rozie from your Students' Union for this weaving workshop. Take home your own woven wonders made with materiel and thread scraps. Ask any questions you have about sustainability in the University and settle into life at LAU.

About the Event
Come together in the name of sustainable practice and weave a coaster or piece of art using offcuts and recycled fabric!
Leeds Arts Union aims to embed sustainability in everything we do! We provide as many opportunities as possible to educate ourselves and our students, help communities and create positive change. In this workshop you will be able to meet with the University's Sustainability Manager and get to know all about sustainability within the University whilst weaving some wonderful creations. Feel free to bring your own scrap fabrics to include in this workshop!
We recommend signing up if you are interested in this event so the SU team can collect your information and assess what may need to be put in place. However tickets are not needed to attend this event – so do feel free to turn up on the day.
