The Student Advice and Wellbeing Team will be running a workshop with the SU around Hope – this will be a craft-based activity focusing upon hopes for the future whether that be post Uni, the next academic year or regarding wellbeing. Using positive affirmations and intentions, letters to future self and art, this is an opportunity for students to take some time out, de-stress and think about what they want to achieve for themselves.
