Love Yourself: What LGBTQ+ Means To Me with Leeds Mind
During the Love Yourself fortnight THRU will be running a peer support session on ‘what being LGBTQ+ means to me’. The session will be an opportunity to share lived experience of part of the LGBTQ+ community and how we can celebrate our identity.

About the Event
This event will be taking place in room G03 at Blenheim Walk.
THRU (Talk, Help, Relate, Understand) is a free young people’s peer support service run by Leeds Mind for ages 14 – 25. During the Love Yourself fortnight THRU will be running a peer support session on ‘what being LGBTQ+ means to me’. The session will be an opportunity to share lived experience of being part of the LGBTQ+ community and how we can celebrate our identity.
Leeds Mind is a mental health organisation that supports people experiencing mental health difficulties to flourish. The aim of our work is to help people build on their strengths, overcome obstacles, and become more in control of their lives.
