About the Event
Please note: This is a taster session that is completely FREE and is only open to LAU students. This session is only open to students over 18.
This taster session is Christie will take you through a sample of fitness classes including Pilates, HIIT, Combat and aerobic. Let us know your favourite and we will make sure we rota the classes most in demand on rotation throughout the year!
