About the Event
MOVE is your weekly workout class. Every Wednesday 5 - 6 pm our highly qualified trainer will guide you through a Pilates class designed to harness your core and focus your mind. Membership is now half price for the rest of the term at £12.50 and gives you access to both Pilates and Yoyga classes running every week.
Limited spaces. LAU Students only. If you register to join an event through the Leeds Arts Union website, please ensure you check your emails for further information on how to join the event on the day.
