About the Event
MOVE is your weekly workout class. Every Wednesday 12-1pm our highly qualified trainer will guide you through a Pilates class designed to harness your core and focus your mind.
Limited spaces. LAU Students only. If you register to join an event through the Leeds Arts Union website, please ensure you check your emails for further information on how to join the event on the day.
