MOVE: Yoga 5pm

MOVE classes run every Monday and Wednesday and sign ups are completely free for the first term! Every Monday you’ll have the option to join two classes, 5-6pm or 6-7pm and you can take part from the safety of your own home. You’ll be lead through a variety of poses with our experienced instructor who will walk you through everything with ease. Classes are open to all abilities so whether you’re a child’s pose pro or just want to give it a go, sign up now!
