Your 20/21 Netball Captains know how important it is to stretch out before a big game so what better way to kick off the season than a lesson in proper pre-match warm up? Join yoga instructor, Kiran for a personalised yoga session to help you learn how best to prep your body before training or a tough game and how to wind down afterwards and avoid injury.
