Are you ready to get your pancake day groove on because we sure are! Come and join your Student President Poppy for a pancake making party! Make whatever kind of pancakes you like along with your fellow LAU students.

About the Event
Join your Student President Poppy for a Pancake Day Party! We will be cooking together, seeing who can flip the best pancake and debating which are the best and worst toppings!
Poppy will be following Nigella’s (American style) instant pancake mix recipe:
For the instant mixture:
600g plain flour,
3 tbsp baking powder,
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda,
1 tsp salt
and 40g of sugar.
For pancakes:
150g of the instant mix,
1 egg,
250ml milk
and 1tbsp melted butter.
But feel free to follow along with whatever your favourite pancake recipe is!
