About the Event
This workshop will explore why and how we procrastinate, how we create motivation and techniques to change our habit of procrastination. We will look at what goals we have and how we can break them down and achieve them.
Students can book onto the workshops via the Welfare Portal or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org Kate (Mental Health Advisor) will run all workshops, so if you have any queries please contact her directly.
Workshops will not be recorded and you do not need to connect with your camera or audio. You are able to interact via the chat box if you wish to share any thoughts, feedback or ask questions.
