About the Event
This workshop will help you to create pauses throughout your day so that you can focus on yourself and the important things in your life. We will look at what Self-Care is and how we can create healthy habits for our everyday life to create more headspace and calm. We will also practice some breathing and grounding techniques.

Workshops will not be recorded and you do not need to connect with your camera or audio. You are able to interact via the chatbox if you wish to share any thoughts, feedback or ask questions.
