Reconnect: Svadhyaya Yoga with Kayla
Come along to our Reconnect: Yoga session with Kayla for our Reconnect Week yoga special with the theme of Svadhyaya! This translates to self-study - using the time to get to know yourself better and practice inwardly seeking answers, fulfilment and approval.

About the Event
Our talented instructor Kayla will guide you through an uplifting yoga session inspired by the theme of Svadhyaya! This session will focus on mindfulness through movement and will tap into your energetic flow. This is a Reconnect Week special that is completely FREE and is only open to LAU students!
Yoga classes will run every week on Monday evenings, from 5 pm - 6 pm in G.03/G.04 at Blenheim Walk.
