Join Running Club for a weekly, safe space to run and meet new people! Leeds Arts Run is open to people of all abilities and is all about improving your mental and physical health by having fun while on a run.

About the Event
Meet us every Wednesday at 5:00pm in the University's reception for a chill and friendly 5k. We run a few different routes around Leeds/Headingley and are open to all levels of ability. We believe that getting out there and moving your body is the most important thing so get yourself out of the house for a bit and join us for a gentle run. We always go to the pub afterwards for a drink and a chat. We hope to see you soon!
** Please note, in order to attend this event you do need to sign up to the Run Club Mailing List ahead of the event. Only members who have signed up to this will be allowed to attend Run Club sessions lead by your Society Leaders.
