Are you feeling overwhelmed? Do you feel that you need to take more time for yourself and change up your routine? Do you feel disconnected with yourself?
This workshop will help you to create pauses throughout your day, so that you can focus on yourself and the important things in your life. We will look at what Self-Care is and how we can create healthy habits for our everyday life to create more headspace and calm. We will also practice breathing and grounding techniques.
