Lie down, close your eyes, breathe deeply, let go of what no longer serves you, wake up your mind & soul by soaking in the rich & beautiful vibrations of the Crystal Bowls, Koshi Wind Chimes, Tibetan Bowls, Drums, the Wind Gong and softly sung Mantras.
