About the Event
Do you want to understand what anxiety is and how it impacts our mind and body? Are you wanting to learn how to help yourself in managing feelings of anxiety and anxious thoughts?
In this workshop we will look into the fight, flight & freeze response and understand how this impacts us. Through CBT techniques we will look at triggers, thoughts, emotions and behaviour and how we can create positive change. We will look at how we can work with ourselves instead of against ourselves and helpful strategies to manage anxiety.
