About the Event
In this workshop, we will look into the fight, flight & freeze response and understand how this impacts us. Through CBT techniques we will look at triggers, thoughts, emotions and behaviour and how we can create positive change. We will look at how we can work with ourselves instead of against ourselves and helpful strategies to manage anxiety.

Workshops will not be recorded and you do not need to connect with your camera or audio. You are able to interact via the chat box if you wish to share any thoughts, feedback or ask questions.
