About the Event
Our talented instructor Kayla will guide you through an uplifting yoga session inspired by the theme of true abundance! This session will focus on mindfulness through movement and will tap into your energetic flow. This is a Community Care Fortnight special that is completely FREE and is only open to LAU students.
Yoga classes run every week on Monday evenings from 5 pm - 6 pm in G.03/G.04, please note a pre-paid MOVE membership is required to participate in regular classes.
