About the Event
Firm friends of LAU with ⅔’s being our very own Alumni, the Shy Bairns team are back to share their experience, expertise and love of zines with you! Working together since 2016, the team have delivered a successful programme of zines, exhibitions and workshops across the North. Interested in the accessibility and interactivity of contemporary art, through their practice they aim to create a conversation between exhibition/artwork and viewer, rather than the traditional one-way approach. In this workshop, you’ll be able to expand your knowledge of zine making and put your new skills to the test.
