Self Care Society – Routine Toolkit Building

Having smaller strategies to adapt your routine to change will make a big difference in your life so why not come along and build up your toolkit, so you can be prepared for anything! All you’ll need is a pen and some paper and a can-do attitude for this short 30 minute session.

About the Event

The Self Care Society is a place for you to build confidence, meet new friends and add some positivity to your week. This week's meeting is going to start with a 30-minute workshop on building a routine toolkit. Building and keeping a routine can be really hard, whether you're working and living in the same space all the time, or as you come back to uni and your structure changes again. However, having a toolkit to build routines in a more adaptable way could be the perfect stepping stone to feeling more prepared.

You are welcome to leave after the workshop, or stay and socialize as the Self Care Society meets officially for the first time! You can attend the event without being a member of the society, but please note that signing up for the event doesn't add you to the mailing list.
