SELF CARE
SOCIETY
Self care is all about making sure that you and your mental health are priority number one, which is especially important when you’re studying at university.
Alongside all the good bits that university brings, it can also be stressful and big changes can be scary, which is where the Self Care Society comes in!
The society aims to both empower and educate you on the best ways to make sure that you always feel supported. Even more so, it’s all about creating a space for you to talk about mental health, meet new friends and take part in workshops to benefit your mental well-being. We can’t wait to meet you!
*Please note that being a part of the Self Care Society is not a replacement for professional help, if you are really struggling please always reach out to Student Welfare or the Student Union team.

Please sign up with your university email.
