Are you feeling anxious about the climate crisis? You're not alone; 70% of 18-24 year olds are experiencing eco-anxiety. In this interactive workshop you'll learn what it means to practice resilience in the face of the climate and ecological crisis and get a chance to practise resilience techniques.

About the Event

Join Grace from the Resilience Project for this workshop exploring emotions all about the climate crisis. Eco-anxiety is a very real problem for young people the Resilience Project is here for an open discussion and some tricks on how to help reduce burnout and manage your anxiety! She is here to be a listening ear for all your climate-based anxieties and give you some advice on growing your confidence, with further exploration and support. She is also here to teach you how to turn your worries into positive action!
