CREATIVE OPPORTUNITIES OFFICER
As the Creative Opportunities Officer, you will work alongside the Student Liaison and Careers Teams to make sure that students at LAU have all the right tips, tricks and real-world knowledge they need to grow their practice and boost their employability both during uni and after graduation.

You’ll deep dive into the development, planning and promotion of all the exciting creative opportunities available to students at Leeds Arts and across the local community, including paid briefs, exhibitions, in-person art markets and collaborative projects. If it helps students create or get their work seen, you’ll be right there championing it.

As Creative Opportunities Officer you will play a significant role in improving our creative spaces within the union and make sure students from every discipline have fun, inspiring platforms to showcase their work and can build impressive portfolios for their future in industry!
Plus, you’ll get to research opportunities from around Leeds, the UK and beyond, sharing them with the whole LAU community and helping students connect with the wider creative world around them.
